The Basement Coffee House started as a project to try and fund a new building for us as a church, but it has now become so much more!!! It has become a home to North-Easts youth, students, families, support workers, and businesses. With our friendly staff and warm environment, you come in the door as a customer, and you leave as friends. We’ve been told that we have the best coffee in Newcastle, that we are Newcastle's hidden secret, and people find it hard to leave. Whether its just a yummy latte, a bagel for breakfast, or a £3 meal-deal for lunch, (Panini, Salad or Crisp, and a can of pop) here you can be spoiled! With comfy couches and free internet The Basement has it all! On Friday Nights we have our free Acoustic Night with live music, a fun environment, and we don’t mind a bit of noise over a fun board game! We even offer venue hires for small business meetings, or a hall that seats 180 people (A/V equipment for hire if needed), The Basement has something for everyone. For you mums, we even have a kids room.
